1. COMPLETE LIABILITY RELEASE
You hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE and COVENANT NOT TO SUE Monarch Veritas Investigations LLC, Steven Craig Leake, and Sophia AI systems from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, causes of action, costs and expenses arising from your use of investigative services.
2. AI DISCLOSURE & LIMITATIONS
You acknowledge that AI (Sophia) assists in analysis ONLY. Sophia does not conduct surveillance, contact subjects, hack systems, or perform illegal actions. All AI output is reviewed by licensed investigator Steven Leake. AI may produce errors or incomplete analysis.
3. NO ILLEGAL REQUESTS
You agree NOT to request illegal surveillance, hacking, wiretapping, impersonation, harassment, or any activity prohibited by law. Such requests will be refused and logged.
4. EVIDENCE HANDLING
All evidence collected is subject to chain of custody procedures. You understand that evidence may be retained per retention policy or destroyed upon request. Court-ready status is determined by investigator, not guaranteed.
5. PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY
Case information is confidential but may be disclosed if legally required (subpoena, court order). Attorney-client privilege applies only if you are represented by counsel and case is attorney-referred.
6. NO GUARANTEES
Investigations may not produce desired outcomes. No guarantees are made regarding findings, success rates, or legal outcomes. Fees are non-refundable once work begins.
7. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
You assume all risk associated with investigation findings, their use in legal proceedings, or disclosure to third parties. Monarch Veritas is not responsible for consequences of findings.
