MONARCH X LITERARY LIABILITY RELEASE & TERMS OF SERVICE EFFECTIVE DATE: December 26, 2025 BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, YOU ("USER") HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING: 1. COMPLETE LIABILITY RELEASE User agrees to release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Monarch X, its operators, Steven Leake, and all affiliated entities (collectively "MONARCH") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by User or any property belonging to User while using the Monarch X platform. 2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK User acknowledges that use of Monarch X platform, including AI systems, decentralized technologies, and all associated services involves inherent risks including but not limited to: data loss, financial loss, technical errors, AI-generated content risks, and blockchain transaction irreversibility. 3. INDEMNIFICATION User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless MONARCH from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of User's use of the platform. 4. AI SYSTEMS DISCLAIMER Sophia AI and all AI systems are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. MONARCH makes no representations about accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated content. 5. NO MEDICAL/LEGAL/FINANCIAL ADVICE Any mental health, legal, or financial information provided is for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. User should consult licensed professionals. 6. DATA COLLECTION & MONITORING User acknowledges that all platform activity may be monitored, logged, and analyzed for security and improvement purposes. 7. BLOCKCHAIN TRANSACTIONS User understands that blockchain transactions are irreversible and MONARCH bears no responsibility for transaction errors or losses. 8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY User retains ownership of their content but grants MONARCH a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute content posted on the platform. 9. TERMINATION MONARCH reserves the right to terminate User access at any time without notice. 10. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of South Carolina. BY SIGNING BELOW, USER ACKNOWLEDGES HAVING READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT.
